Nazım Uluğ came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Recent Fighters FC.'s Hıdır Akıncı. But to his dismay, Hıdır Akıncı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Cafer Bolat during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Kiziltepe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Cafer Bolat to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the game, Hıdır Akıncı cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Nazım Uluğ was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Kiziltepe booed when Recent Fighters FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zikri Kaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuri Süner in the 24th minute of play forced Recent Fighters FC.'s goalkeeper Luiz Fábio de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mahmut Yaban made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Recent Fighters FC.'s Zikri Kaya. If Zikri Kaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Kiziltepe's Rafet Gürgen got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Zikri Kaya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 31 minutes of play, Recent Fighters FC.'s Zikri Kaya made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nazım Uluğ was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luiz Fábio de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mahmut Yaban in the 35th minute of the match. Lennart Dalkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nazım Uluğ having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Recent Fighters FC.'s Nazım Uluğ threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Filip Kirkhus, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hıdır Akıncı was the one to do the kick off. Koray Öğeturk was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute, one of Recent Fighters FC.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Recent Fighters FC.. In the 57thth minute of the game Nuri Süner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Recent Fighters FC.'s Luiz Fábio de Queiroz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute Nuri Süner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fábio de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes Recent Fighters FC.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Muammer Özcan who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Oğuzcan Semdin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luiz Fábio de Queiroz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Behzat Uram could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Luiz Fábio de Queiroz made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Behzat Uram got free with Luiz Fábio de Queiroz in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Behzat Uram got in the 67th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Luiz Fábio de Queiroz handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 73 played minutes, Kiziltepe's Muammer Özcan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luiz Fábio de Queiroz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kiziltepe reached it. Zikri Kaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Recent Fighters FC. made a substitution. Abayhan Harzemşah replaced Zikri Kaya. Filip Kirkhus might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nazım Uluğ. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filip Kirkhus ran back to his position shaking his head. Nazım Uluğ came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Recent Fighters FC.'s Abayhan Harzemşah. But to his dismay, Abayhan Harzemşah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Kiziltepe's Nazım Uluğ played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olcay Orkun Azim in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Recent Fighters FC.'s Logi 赵云 got a free kick in the 87th minute. With a little luck, Recent Fighters FC.'s Luiz Fábio de Queiroz got control of the ball when Behzat Uram tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Recent Fighters FC. getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Olcay Orkun Azim hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuri Süner in the 95th minute of play forced Recent Fighters FC.'s goalkeeper Luiz Fábio de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 played minutes Recent Fighters FC. got a freekick which was hit by Abayhan Harzemşah. Luiz Fábio de Queiroz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nuri Süner's shot from short distance in the 97th minute.
