Arif Buğra Akçiçek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 19th minute, Mehmet Hamdi Nebahattin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

PEHLİVAN HOLDİNG's Bengt-Arne Ek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andaç Behram in the 63rd minute of play. Umut Olguner took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yunus Kurhan. Turkiye's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Artaç Sayyad who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Bengt-Arne Ek when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 82 minutes into the game, PEHLİVAN HOLDİNG's Arif Buğra Akçiçek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yunus Kurhan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. If Andaç Behram had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artaç Sayyad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Bengt-Arne Ek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, PEHLİVAN HOLDİNG could leave the field as winners, despite Turkiye having more of the ball for most of the match.
