Gaziosmanpasa's Feyyaz Süner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Gaziosmanpasa from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd match minute, Gaziosmanpasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yağız Hamurcuoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Atalay Oktay took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Feyyaz Süner. Gaziosmanpasa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Yetkiner Uraz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Incirliova's Behçet Koç. Behçet Koç was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 28 minutes into the game, Incirliova's Arif Gaffar Tulun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feyyaz Süner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Feyyaz Süner made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Arif Gaffar Tulun sent off a good shot on target. Hasan Hüseyin Seciye recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Hasan Hüseyin Seciye got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hüseyin Kutulmuş might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feyyaz Süner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hüseyin Kutulmuş ran back to his position shaking his head. 2-2 became the score in the 41st minute when Arif Gaffar Tulun elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Yağız Hamurcuoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tarık Namal was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Gaziosmanpasa's Müjdat Tayfun got a free kick in the 51st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hasan Hüseyin Seciye in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feyyaz Süner saved Gaziosmanpasa from getting behind. In the 57th minute, Gaziosmanpasa's Tarık Namal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Behçet Koç. Behçet Koç yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. If Arif Gaffar Tulun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Behçet Koç made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tarık Namal in the 69th minute. Oğuzcan Çavlı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behçet Koç having to interfere. In the 74thth minute of the game Arif Gaffar Tulun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gaziosmanpasa's Feyyaz Süner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Incirliova's Hasan Hüseyin Seciye got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atalay Oktay took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Feyyaz Süner. Gaziosmanpasa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arif Gaffar Tulun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Feyyaz Süner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Gaziosmanpasa's zone, Hasan Hüseyin Seciye stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaziosmanpasa's Feyyaz Süner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Gaffar Tulun in the 89th minute of play.
