The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of BEYLERBEYİ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Köycegiz:s goal. After having played for 16 minutes, Abayhan Sonat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BEYLERBEYİ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abayhan Sonat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Köycegiz's Hayyam Orun in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BEYLERBEYİ's goalie prevented a goal. In the 30thth minute of the game Fazıl Hüsnü Ziya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Köycegiz's Hamza Cevher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hayyam Orun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Köycegiz's attentive Baybora Veziroğlu managed to snatch the ball when Ramazan Tacim made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. Hamza Cevher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Hüsnü Ziya in the 81st minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Hayyam Orun got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Köycegiz booed when BEYLERBEYİ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamit Ceberut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Engin Ocakoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Kadri Beren in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Aysan Uzer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Engin Ocakoğlu skillfully saved the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Köycegiz walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
