After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ramazan Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gercüs's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramazan Sena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Çağrı Özçin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute, Emrullah Suerkan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hidayet Salim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Hamamözü booed when Gercüs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürkan Sarı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hidayet Salim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 18 minutes into the match, Erbatur Işıldar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hidayet Salim. Gercüs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erbatur Işıldar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Ramazan Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Muzaffer Nazir put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Çağrı Özçin. Muzaffer Nazir struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Çağrı Özçin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gercüs. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Hidayet Salim successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gürkan Sarı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çağrı Özçin having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, Gercüs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muzaffer Nazir to maneuver through the defense. Günalp Sebih could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Hidayet Salim made a huge save. Gercüs's Hidayet Salim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emrullah Suerkan in the 60th minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Ahmet Nafiz Sabit cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Hidayet Salim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hamamözü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Hamamözü's Çağrı Özçin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramazan Sena in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Hamamözü's goal looked a bit too open when Ramazan Sena came free, but Çağrı Özçin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
