Bilge Kağan kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. KIZILELMA S.K.'s Zülfikar Pirane got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Bilge Kağan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KIZILELMA S.K. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A hard shot 19 in the game by Bilge Kağan from a close distance when the talented Cenap Şanalp managed to make a qualified save. İSTİKLAL's players were relieved. After 21 minutes of play, KIZILELMA S.K.'s Alparslan Türkeş made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cenap Şanalp was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 27 played minutes İSTİKLAL got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Ömür Kutsalan. 28 minutes into the match, Bilge Kağan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cenap Şanalp, 3-0. Bilge Kağan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 35th playminute. Zülfikar Pirane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cenap Şanalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, İSTİKLAL's goalkeeper Cenap Şanalp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hüseyin Akkurt. The nice shot from Bilge Kağan in the 41stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Cenap Şanalp had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 45th minute KIZILELMA S.K. were awarded a corner. İsmail Hakkı Ülkem went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on KIZILELMA S.K.'s corner Hüseyin Akkurt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cenap Şanalp quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, İSTİKLAL's Cenap Şanalp got control of the ball when Bilge Kağan tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hulusi Tarık to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Hulusi Tarık who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KIZILELMA S.K.'s Fatih Yıldız was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arif Bilge Özakın during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arif Bilge Özakın hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute Hulusi Tarık shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fatih Yıldız saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cenap Şanalp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bilge Kağan's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the game, KIZILELMA S.K.'s Bilge Kağan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cenap Şanalp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 77th minute, Hüseyin Akkurt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KIZILELMA S.K. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. After some careless play in the İSTİKLAL defense, Bilge Kağan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cenap Şanalp. The İSTİKLAL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cenap Şanalp should have stopped the shot. 84 minutes into the match, İSTİKLAL's goal looked a bit too open when Bilge Kağan came free, but Cenap Şanalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of KIZILELMA S.K. booed when İSTİKLAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Ömür Kutsalan didn't get a good kick on the ball. KIZILELMA S.K.'s Bilge Kağan got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bilge Kağan in the 90th minute of play forced İSTİKLAL's goalkeeper Cenap Şanalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, İSTİKLAL's goal looked a bit too open when Alparslan Türkeş came free, but Cenap Şanalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saadettin Heybetli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KIZILELMA S.K. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
