A collision led to Genchester City F.C. getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Yavuz Selimhan Çolak hit a great ball. Genchester City F.C.'s Okanalp Özger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Genchester City F.C. from getting a goal against them. If Hazım Uğurhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 19 minutes, Şinasi İmren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cudispor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şinasi İmren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Halit Fahri Bayır scored 1-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lütfi Tamkoç, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Şinasi İmren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute Şinasi İmren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okanalp Özger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Şinasi İmren got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 35th minute, Şinasi İmren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Okanalp Özger. The goal made the score 2-1. Hazım Uğurhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şinasi İmren in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Okanalp Özger saved Genchester City F.C. from getting behind. 48 minutes into the match, Genchester City F.C.'s goalkeeper Okanalp Özger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hazım Uğurhan. 48 minutes into the match, Hazım Uğurhan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Okanalp Özger, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ercüment Baltacıoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dündar Dinç kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. If Hazım Uğurhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şinasi İmren struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Okanalp Özger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cudispor. In the 68th minute Şinasi İmren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okanalp Özger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Şinasi İmren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cudispor's supporters rose to their feet, but Şinasi İmren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Okanalp Özger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Şinasi İmren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Okanalp Özger was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Cudispor's Lütfi Tamkoç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ercüment Baltacıoğlu in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Genchester City F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Şinasi İmren came free, but Okanalp Özger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Genchester City F.C. defense, Şinasi İmren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Okanalp Özger. The Genchester City F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Okanalp Özger should have stopped the shot.
