After 8 played minutes Kas SK got a freekick which was hit by Azmi Perviz. Manavgat's Hadi Yurday got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Kas SK's İsa Ortaçgil got control of the ball when Seyit Nasuh tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Kas SK getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Hacı Ali Esay hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Hadi Yurday sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because İsa Ortaçgil threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Hadi Yurday this time. Seyit Nasuh might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over İsa Ortaçgil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seyit Nasuh ran back to his position shaking his head. İsa Ortaçgil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davut Okyanus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Davut Okyanus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. İsa Ortaçgil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cemalettin Olcay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korkut Ayazoğlu having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, Manavgat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tayfun Akçiçek to maneuver through the defense. Gürol Eronat might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Korkut Ayazoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gürol Eronat ran back to his position shaking his head. Korkut Ayazoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürol Eronat in the 33rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Manavgat's zone, Rıfat Lütufkâr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Korkut Ayazoğlu came out of the goal and Rıfat Lütufkâr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Gürol Eronat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Korkut Ayazoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Cemalettin Olcay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Davut Okyanus made the kick off in the second half. If Cemalettin Olcay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Korkut Ayazoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürol Eronat in the 57th minute of the match. Gürol Eronat took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Korkut Ayazoğlu. Korkut Ayazoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 60 minutes into the game, Rıfat Lütufkâr was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kas SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manavgat the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kas SK's Rıfat Lütufkâr got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 65th match minute, Manavgat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nejat Alp Nezir to maneuver through the defense. Kas SK's İsa Ortaçgil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davut Okyanus in the 71st minute of play. If Seyit Nasuh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Cemalettin Olcay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Kas SK booed when Manavgat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nejat Alp Nezir didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Gürol Eronat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Korkut Ayazoğlu was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kas SK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
