After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Tansel Tandoruk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sadikköy FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tansel Tandoruk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lütfü Balaban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Tansel Tandoruk came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Sadikköy FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tansel Tandoruk couldn't finish the play. Lütfü Balaban made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Ali Özdoğan in the 9th minute. If Derya Enginer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Ali Özdoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tolgahan Pekiner made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tansel Tandoruk in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lütfü Balaban saved Battalgazi from getting behind. Tansel Tandoruk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Lütfü Balaban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Derya Enginer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the game, Aras Görkem Nurbaki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 91st minute Kutay Şahdar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lütfü Balaban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
