The audience was convinced that Beşir Sonay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Cengiz Tümel was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Beşir Sonay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ali Cengiz Tümel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Arkadiusz Pochorylo put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ali Cengiz Tümel. In the 37th match minute, Bergama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Oğuz Özbil to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Ali Cengiz Tümel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beşir Sonay, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Battal Gazi Erşahan in the 67th minute of play forced Atlantic Sharks's goalkeeper Nuh Uran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bergama getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Şevket Togay hit a great ball. Behlül Altınkaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nuh Uran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Cengiz Tümel made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Keramettin Lütfi sent off a good shot on target. Arkadiusz Pochorylo struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Ali Cengiz Tümel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlantic Sharks. Nuh Uran came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Bergama's Behlül Altınkaya. But to his dismay, Behlül Altınkaya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Arkadiusz Pochorylo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Ali Cengiz Tümel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atlantic Sharks played a much better game than Bergama and deserved their victory. The Bergama players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
