The audience was convinced that Bogdan Waselewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Derya Şener was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. In the 9thth minute of the game Sufi Ocakçı who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iskenderun SK's Derya Şener was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Alp Yeğiner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Derya Şener was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Bilge Kocaman struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Leopoldo Pietro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iskenderun SK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sufi Ocakçı in the 16th minute of play forced Iskenderun SK's goalkeeper Derya Şener to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bilge Kocaman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Leopoldo Pietro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A beautiful save bye Iskenderun SK's goalie prevented a goal. Derya Şener came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Birecik's Alişan Yurdaer. But to his dismay, Alişan Yurdaer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 36 minutes, Mehmet Osman Balım mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Birecik and the Iskenderun SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mehmet Osman Balım kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Sufi Ocakçı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Derya Şener was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 46th minute, Orhan Seyfi Korcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Iskenderun SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Birecik were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sufi Ocakçı made a kick off. 刘榕宽 hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Iskenderun SK's goalkeeper Derya Şener had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Osman Balım. A collision led to Iskenderun SK getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Yiğit Lokman hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Anıl Fırıncı in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leopoldo Pietro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 64 in the game by Bogdan Waselewicz from a close distance when the talented Derya Şener managed to make a qualified save. Iskenderun SK's players were relieved. In the 69th minute, Alişan Yurdaer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Derya Şener. The goal made the score 0-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Birecik's Sufi Ocakçı slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Derya Şener. That made the score 0-6 after 74 minutes of play. Derya Şener made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sufi Ocakçı in the 80th minute of play. Bogdan Waselewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Derya Şener tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bogdan Waselewicz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Derya Şener skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Sufi Ocakçı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leopoldo Pietro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Anıl Fırıncı in the 92nd minute of the match. The Iskenderun SK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Birecik were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
