The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Ali Kürşat Ünsaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. Çağan Sönmezalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atabey Balkır having to interfere. Fábio Santana charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fábio Santana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, Fábio Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 played minutes, Babak's Ali Ömer Karadeniz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mariano Dantel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Babak reached it. After 11 minutes, Hüseyin Turan Nurettin made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Babak's Atabey Balkır tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Çağan Sönmezalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Babak defense, Ali Kürşat Ünsaç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atabey Balkır. The Babak fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atabey Balkır should have stopped the shot. Hacı Ali İmran hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as FC KARŞIPINAR's Çağan Sönmezalp slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Atabey Balkır. That made the score 3-0 after 26 minutes of play. After 30 minutes, Buğrahan Hececi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Babak and the FC KARŞIPINAR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Buğrahan Hececi hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Göksel Cebir charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Çağan Sönmezalp was the one to do the kick off. Ali Ömer Karadeniz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 56 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, one of Babak:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Babak. The referee gave FC KARŞIPINAR a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alim Tunalı, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Babak's Atabey Balkır. 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Babak's zone, Çağan Sönmezalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atabey Balkır came out of the goal and Çağan Sönmezalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Göksel Cebir kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. FC KARŞIPINAR's Mariano Dantel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Ceyhan Acar in the 75th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Babak's goal looked a bit too open when Çağan Sönmezalp came free, but Atabey Balkır reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80thth minute of the game Çağan Sönmezalp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Babak's Atabey Balkır was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Çağan Sönmezalp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Atabey Balkır. Babak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Çağan Sönmezalp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. 8-0 became the score in the 91st minute when Çağan Sönmezalp elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Çağan Sönmezalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atabey Balkır having to interfere. In the 97thth minute of the game Ali Kürşat Ünsaç who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Babak's Atabey Balkır was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There was no doubt that FC KARŞIPINAR were the better team. FC KARŞIPINAR's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
