Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ayhan Çubukcu to make the kick off. Mustafa Tanyıldız showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osman Ali Hürmetli in the 51st minute of the match. Kilyos JK's Hüseyin Tanfer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ayhan Çubukcu in the 57th minute of play. In the 60thth minute of the game Ayhan Çubukcu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kilyos JK's Hüseyin Tanfer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the match, KARAAĞAÇLI BELEDİYE SPOR's Ergin Darga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hüseyin Tanfer narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
