In the 9thth minute of the game Melik Ozansoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Almus SK's Battal Seyyit Mutlualp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ömer Uzkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bilgin Nafiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Almus SK's Battal Seyyit Mutlualp got control of the ball when Mikail Ergüvenç tried to sneak it across the goal line. Melik Ozansoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Battal Seyyit Mutlualp having to interfere. Almus SK's Battal Seyyit Mutlualp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melik Ozansoy in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melik Ozansoy in the 27th minute of play forced Almus SK's goalkeeper Battal Seyyit Mutlualp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Oğuz Baydar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ömer Uzkan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After 34 minutes, Sergen Yörük mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Almus SK and the Adapazari players grew even worse after the yellow card. Battal Seyyit Mutlualp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melik Ozansoy in the 38th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Almus SK's goal looked a bit too open when Melik Ozansoy came free, but Battal Seyyit Mutlualp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikail Ergüvenç got free with Battal Seyyit Mutlualp in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the match, Almus SK's Bilgin Nafiz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ömer Uzkan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Mehmet Oğuz Baydar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ömer Uzkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 minutes, Savaş Şanalp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Almus SK and the Adapazari players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 65 played minutes Almus SK got a freekick which was hit by Savaş Şanalp. With a little luck, Adapazari's Ömer Uzkan got control of the ball when Mehmet Oğuz Baydar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute, Adem Çaykara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raşit Kadem charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raşit Kadem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, one of Adapazari:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Adapazari. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bilgin Nafiz in the 82nd minute of play forced Adapazari's goalkeeper Ömer Uzkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melik Ozansoy in the 85th minute of play forced Almus SK's goalkeeper Battal Seyyit Mutlualp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Almus SK's Battal Seyyit Mutlualp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikail Ergüvenç in the 87th minute of play. Battal Seyyit Mutlualp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melik Ozansoy in the 90th minute of the match. Battal Seyyit Mutlualp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikail Ergüvenç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Melik Ozansoy came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Adapazari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melik Ozansoy couldn't finish the play. The Almus SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Almus SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
