Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Macit Özerhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Yesilova's Berkant Kadi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Alaçatı Aslanları! When the match had been going on for 18 minutes, Yesilova's Nurkan Gemici got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay. In the 22nd minute, Berkant Kadi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the last second Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay throw himself and got hold of the ball when Atabey Evvel in the 25thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When Berkant Kadi came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Yesilova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berkant Kadi couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Kerimhan Özan took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay to make any attempt to save it. 34 minutes into the game, Gökmen İlbaşı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alaçatı Aslanları's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yesilova the free kick. The supporters of Yesilova booed when Alaçatı Aslanları was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gökmen İlbaşı didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 played minutes, Yesilova's Nurkan Gemici shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Yesilova reached it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Feridun Ermiye in the 53rd minute of play forced Alaçatı Aslanları's goalkeeper Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atabey Evvel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay having to interfere. Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atabey Evvel in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66th minute Berkant Kadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Alaçatı Aslanları getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Yılmaz İmge hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Alaçatı Aslanları defense, Berkant Kadi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay. The Alaçatı Aslanları fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Yesilova's Hacı Üstün got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Yesilova's goalkeeper Macit Özerhan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sabri Erdemir. Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berkant Kadi in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Mithat Haylaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Alaçatı Aslanları's Macit Özerhan threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Orhan Seyfi Oyal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Asaf Okyay fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alaçatı Aslanları's protests and gave Asaf Okyay a yellow card for diving instead. Hüseyin Cahit Üstünbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atabey Evvel, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Ferhan Erakıncı's late challenge caught a Yesilova's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferhan Erakıncı helped the player get up and apologised. Yesilova's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
