Gelibolu SK's Cankut Karaca got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Recai Ünlüer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serdar Orgunalp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Batıray Tuğ having to make a save. In the 14th minute, Mehmet Fatih Erdem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serdar Orgunalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Batıray Tuğ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gelibolu SK's Abdi Mehmet Yalınalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sedat Irak in the 24th minute of play. Batıray Tuğ didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Gelibolu SK's Serdar Orgunalp shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 29th minute, Orkun Çırakoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Batıray Tuğ didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gelibolu SK. With an all-out effort, Gelibolu SK's Batıray Tuğ threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Serdar Orgunalp, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 46th match minute, Gelibolu SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şimşek Kebir to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Recai Ünlüer to make the kick off. The supporters of EFSANE GÖZTEPEM booed when Gelibolu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cankut Karaca didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Serdar Orgunalp came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Gelibolu SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serdar Orgunalp couldn't finish the play. EFSANE GÖZTEPEM's Batıray Tuğ played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serdar Orgunalp in the 84th minute of play. Serdar Orgunalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cankut Karaca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Batıray Tuğ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Fatih Erdem hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Serdar Orgunalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gelibolu SK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
