Resul Geylans short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Çağan İşkembeci to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Yesilyurt JK's Hikmet Ergümen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Çağan İşkembeci. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Suavi Bahadır got free with Çağan İşkembeci in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ali Kağan Falcıoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halil Utku Uralp in the 26th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Yesilyurt JK got a freekick which was hit by Cüneyd Yersel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erdeniz Nusret in the 39th minute of play forced Yesilyurt JK's goalkeeper Ali Kağan Falcıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cüneyd Yersel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Çağan İşkembeci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 44 minutes, Resul Geylan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yesilyurt JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Resul Geylan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Halil Utku Uralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Halil Utku Uralp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Halil Utku Uralp struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Ali Kağan Falcıoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acigöl JK. Halil Utku Uralp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ali Kağan Falcıoğlu made a huge save. If Resul Geylan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Yesilyurt JK! Süruri İspinoz walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Resul Geylan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çağan İşkembeci having to interfere. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Acigöl JK's goalkeeper Çağan İşkembeci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Resul Geylan came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Yesilyurt JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Resul Geylan couldn't finish the play. Muhsin Yankı charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Muhsin Yankı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Acigöl JK getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Muhsin Yankı hit a great ball. Resul Geylan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Çağan İşkembeci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yesilyurt JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Resul Geylan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Çağan İşkembeci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hikmet Ergümen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Resul Geylan in the 93rd minute of play forced Acigöl JK's goalkeeper Çağan İşkembeci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 minutes of play, Yesilyurt JK's Resul Geylan made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Çağan İşkembeci was left in no man's land by his defense there! Çağan İşkembeci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hikmet Ergümen in the 98th minute of play. Yesilyurt JK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
