Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sürmene's Servet Balcıoğlu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Servet Balcıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İldeniz Akyazıcıoğlu having to interfere. Sefaatli FK's İldeniz Akyazıcıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Servet Balcıoğlu in the 10th minute of play. Kutlu Yılkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turgut Köksal in the 19th minute of the match. Servet Balcıoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot by Yalçın Velican from long distance, 22 minutes into the match, got İldeniz Akyazıcıoğlu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 25 minutes into the match, Sefaatli FK's goalkeeper İldeniz Akyazıcıoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zaid Hükümran. Mustafa Emre Dirsehan hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 40th play minute Zaid Hükümran came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised İldeniz Akyazıcıoğlu. 1-0. After 42 played minutes Sürmene got a freekick which was hit by Recai Tekay. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 61stth minute of the game Servet Balcıoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sefaatli FK's İldeniz Akyazıcıoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Turgut Köksal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kutlu Yılkan. Turgut Köksal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The Sefaatli FK fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Sefaatli FK's Turgut Köksal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 73 played minutes Sefaatli FK got a freekick which was hit by Çelebi Nasih. Sürmene were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Sefaatli FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Osman Nuri Korhan took the corner. Servet Balcıoğlu made in the 78th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cafer Ziver however managed to control. Turgut Köksal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Kutlu Yılkan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turgut Köksal got free with Kutlu Yılkan in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Turgut Köksal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sefaatli FK's Kamuran İlkser got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sefaatli FK played a much better game than Sürmene and deserved their victory. The Sürmene players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
