Alim Hitit was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alim Hitit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atacan Akel in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, İstanbul United's goalkeeper Alim Hitit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by César Campidelis. Alim Hitit was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Atacan Akel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 15 minute of play. Ateş Boran charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ateş Boran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 20 minutes into the game, one of SerteK SK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Necip Felek got free with Alim Hitit in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th play minute César Campidelis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alim Hitit. 4-1. In the 34th minute, İstanbul United's Mahsun Durak seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mahsun Durak the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of İstanbul United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mahsun Durak had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Mahsun Durak hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After having played for 35 minutes, Rıfat Ortaçgil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SerteK SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rıfat Ortaçgil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abayhan Varol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göksun Toregün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Güngör Uğursay managed to get in a good position for a shot. SerteK SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Güngör Uğursay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alim Hitit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abayhan Varol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teoman Yordam, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 46th minute, Şenel Akalın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when César Campidelis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rıfat Ortaçgil shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Alim Hitit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Campidelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SerteK SK's Necip Felek got a free kick in the 56th minute. Timur Unan hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alim Hitit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Campidelis in the 63rd minute of the match. A collision led to SerteK SK getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. César Campidelis hit a great ball. Necip Felek scored 5-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alim Hitit, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Campidelis in the 74th minute of play forced İstanbul United's goalkeeper Alim Hitit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
