In the 10th minute Erdal Arslantürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özden Baydar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Ostim's Ahmet Hakan Yetik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Özden Baydar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Tarkan Ongun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alperen Akar was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Karhan Hazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ahmet Hafiz Erdesir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Ostim's Alperen Akar got control of the ball when Bumin Ünsev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dörtyolagizi SK's Özden Baydar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Hakan Yetik in the 45th minute of play. Ali Lebib took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alperen Akar. Ostim's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After the first half Ostim were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tarkan Ongun to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Tarkan Ongun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dörtyolagizi SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tarkan Ongun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alperen Akar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Özden Baydar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Hakan Yetik in the 53rd minute of play. Ahmet Hafiz Erdesir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Özden Baydar made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bumin Ünsev in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alperen Akar saved Ostim from getting behind. If Ahmet Hakan Yetik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dörtyolagizi SK's goalkeeper Özden Baydar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 71 played minutes Dörtyolagizi SK got a freekick which was hit by Hüseyin Turan İlkim. The audience was convinced that Bumin Ünsev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alperen Akar was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Ahmet Hakan Yetik put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Özden Baydar.
