Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Uğuralp Usta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ferhat Ayaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kunter Onur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vacid Cevizci in the 61st minute of play. Battal Cüneyt Yavuzhan charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Battal Cüneyt Yavuzhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kahta booed when TÜRK GÜCÜ ÜLKÜ SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Battal Cüneyt Yavuzhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Efe Ziyaettin during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ferhat Ayaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uğuralp Usta, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Kunter Onur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ergincan Özerdal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kahta had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
