A collision led to Riminispor getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Muhittin Kaymaz hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Atakan Argün got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İlmi Evcimen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atakan Argün in the 11th minute. Tunç Oykan kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Yakup Taceddin put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mustafa Haydar İlmen. When İshak Oğuzbala fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tokatspor JK's protests and gave İshak Oğuzbala a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 played minutes Tokatspor JK got a freekick which was hit by İshak Oğuzbala. Mustafa Haydar İlmen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Okan İlkcan in the 20th minute of the match. Riminispor's İlmi Evcimen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kuddusî Canfeda in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Atakan Argün could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which İlmi Evcimen however easily saved by the left post. İshak Oğuzbala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. İlmi Evcimen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The nice shot from Atakan Argün in the 27thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but İlmi Evcimen had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Mustafa Haydar İlmen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yakup Taceddin in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Kuddusî Canfeda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. İlmi Evcimen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Riminispor's İlmi Evcimen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İshak Oğuzbala in the 35th minute of play. After 36 played minutes Riminispor got a freekick which was hit by Tunç Oykan. Okan İlkcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Tokatspor JK's goal looked a bit too open when Yakup Taceddin came free, but Mustafa Haydar İlmen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mustafa Haydar İlmen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yakup Taceddin in the 48th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İshak Oğuzbala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Riminispor's Aşkın Masum seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aşkın Masum the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Riminispor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aşkın Masum had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Riminispor! Hadi Cespan shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. İlmi Evcimen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sertaç Sunguralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Gökhun Usalan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İlmi Evcimen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sertaç Sunguralp in the 63rd minute of play. Okan İlkcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Gökhun Usalan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İlmi Evcimen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kuddusî Canfeda, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. İlmi Evcimen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuddusî Canfeda in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match Lemi Temizalp sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but İlmi Evcimen skillfully saved the ball. Gökhun Usalan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Riminispor fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! If Okan İlkcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tunç Oykan struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Mustafa Haydar İlmen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riminispor. 98 minutes into the match, Riminispor's goal looked a bit too open when Atakan Argün came free, but İlmi Evcimen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by İshak Oğuzbala in the 99th minute of play forced Riminispor's goalkeeper İlmi Evcimen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 101 minutes of play, Tokatspor JK's Kuddusî Canfeda made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. İlmi Evcimen was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew the final whistle, Tokatspor JK could leave the field as winners, despite Riminispor having more of the ball for most of the match.
