Spectators: 3395 (Terracing: 2600, Seating: 650, VIP seats: 145) Saadettin İpekli started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saadettin İpekli in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hızır Işık saved Başiskele FC from getting behind. After 8 minutes, Ferhan Sadi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salihli and the Başiskele FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10thth minute of the game Melih Karaalp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salihli's Ant Aşkıner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 12th minute of the match Sümer Yazıcıoğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ant Aşkıner skillfully saved the ball. If Melih Karaalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Başiskele FC fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Başiskele FC's Melih Karaalp looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 21 minutes into the match, Başiskele FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saadettin İpekli came free, but Hızır Işık reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 played minutes, Salihli's Alparslan İlgi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hızır Işık came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Salihli reached it. 25 minutes into the match, Başiskele FC's Stig-Inge Anderssen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ant Aşkıner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Salihli getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Alparslan İlgi hit a great ball. After 33rd play minutes Melih Karaalp shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Ant Aşkıner and just under the crossbar into goal. Melih Karaalp hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Turan Usluer notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Başiskele FC's Hızır Işık. Hızır Işık was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 42 played minutes Salihli got a freekick which was hit by Selçuk Şömel. In the 43rd minute Melih Karaalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ant Aşkıner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melih Karaalp in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ant Aşkıner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melih Karaalp to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Melih Karaalp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salihli's Ant Aşkıner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sümer Yazıcıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ant Aşkıner having to interfere. Stig-Inge Anderssen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ant Aşkıner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melih Karaalp's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Sümer Yazıcıoğlu struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Ant Aşkıner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Başiskele FC. After 59 minutes, Melih Karaalp made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Salihli's Ant Aşkıner tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 63 minutes into the match, Melih Karaalp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ant Aşkıner. Salihli's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melih Karaalp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melih Karaalp in the 68th minute of play forced Salihli's goalkeeper Ant Aşkıner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Şener Akdeniz came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Başiskele FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şener Akdeniz couldn't finish the play. Başiskele FC's Hızır Işık proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Başiskele FC from getting a goal against them. Melih Karaalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ant Aşkıner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ant Aşkıner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melih Karaalp in the 78th minute of play. 5-1 became the score in the 80th minute when Melih Karaalp elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Hızır Işık showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turan Usluer in the 90th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Melih Karaalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ant Aşkıner was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melih Karaalp in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ant Aşkıner saved Salihli from getting behind. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Başiskele FC had played much better football throughout.
