The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of GÜRKAYNAK SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Karaagac:s goal. The referee gave Karaagac a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Akay Karanalp, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of GÜRKAYNAK SK's Mutlu Tümkan. 0-1. In the 13th minute, Deniz Raif got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mutlu Tümkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deniz Raif in the 13th minute of play. Deniz Raif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mutlu Tümkan having to interfere. Ali Nabi Sebil kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute of the match Akay Karanalp sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mutlu Tümkan skillfully saved the ball. Mutlu Tümkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinç Uram, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A collision led to GÜRKAYNAK SK getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Ali Nabi Sebil hit a great ball. After a long run with the ball, Aytekin Mertoğul did a trick in the 40th minute in front of Karaagac's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-1. An impressive performance by GÜRKAYNAK SK's Aytekin Mertoğul! After a defensive mix-up in Karaagac's zone, Meriç Öğüç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdurrezzak Erel came out of the goal and Meriç Öğüç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ersan Suay kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Aytekin Mertoğul came free in the 55th minute and tried to tip the ball over Abdurrezzak Erel, but to the joy of Karaagac's supporters the ball went over. If Dinç Uram had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute of the game Akay Karanalp made a throw-in which Ersan Suay played forward. Ali Nabi Sebil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Karaagac's zone, Ali Nabi Sebil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdurrezzak Erel came out of the goal and Ali Nabi Sebil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute Dinç Uram shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mutlu Tümkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aytekin Mertoğul fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 75th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. In the 83rd match minute, Karaagac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kandemir Safi to maneuver through the defense. If Meriç Öğüç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GÜRKAYNAK SK's Aytekin Mertoğul got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aytekin Mertoğul in the 91st minute of play forced Karaagac's goalkeeper Abdurrezzak Erel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şerafettin Elmas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdurrezzak Erel having to interfere.
