Arif Ensar Pekant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 39 played minutes, Altinova's Mikail Necmi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arif Ensar Pekant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Altinova reached it. Yavuz Selim Cevizoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Vefa Rezzak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yavuz Selim Cevizoğlu struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Arif Ensar Pekant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altinova. After a defensive mix-up in Ovacık's zone, Kahraman Bostan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Ensar Pekant came out of the goal and Kahraman Bostan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Talat Bağcı in the 77th minute of play forced Altinova's goalkeeper Abdurrahman Safa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdurrahman Safa came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Ovacık's Mustafa Hamit Altuner. But to his dismay, Mustafa Hamit Altuner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Abdurrahman Safa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Talat Bağcı in the 85th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ovacık's zone, Kahraman Bostan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Ensar Pekant came out of the goal and Kahraman Bostan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vefa Rezzak scored 1-6 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arif Ensar Pekant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
