Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Baki Demren to make the kick off. Milat F.C.'s Macit Tuyan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tahir Orhan, made in the 52nd minute of the game. Hüsnü Koçyiğit might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gürel Yücesoy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
