Octav Inculeț charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octav Inculeț the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Octav Inculeț kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Jimmie Kellbom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kağıthane SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. A collision led to Kağıthane SK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Zühtü Demiroğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zühtü Demiroğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmie Kellbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mustafa Cumhur Özerdem made a kick off. Zühtü Demiroğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmie Kellbom in the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th match minute, Kağıthane SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco van Basten to maneuver through the defense. Kağıthane SK's Işık Ulu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferit Sidal in the 58th minute of play. Recai Pakkan took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zühtü Demiroğlu. Zühtü Demiroğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Zühtü Demiroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmie Kellbom in the 69th minute of play. After 71 minutes of play, Kağıthane SK's Recai Pakkan made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zühtü Demiroğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Mustafa Cumhur Özerdem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th match minute, sarıyer FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Cumhur Özerdem to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Kağıthane SK's Jimmie Kellbom got a free kick in the 80th minute. Zühtü Demiroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmie Kellbom in the 84th minute of play. When Ulvi Demircan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. In the 86th match minute, sarıyer FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulvi Demircan to maneuver through the defense. Kağıthane SK's Marco van Basten got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jimmie Kellbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Zühtü Demiroğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, sarıyer FK's goal looked a bit too open when Recai Pakkan came free, but Zühtü Demiroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimmie Kellbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zühtü Demiroğlu having to interfere. The sarıyer FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kağıthane SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
