The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Alfredinho dos Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kandira's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Cumali Acar scored to the left of an out of position Arcan Özsu, making the score, 1-0. Alfredinho dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Batur Öztuna's late challenge caught a Keçiborlu SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Batur Öztuna helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Keçiborlu SK booed when Kandira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batur Öztuna didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zilar Becerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Kandira's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alfredinho dos Santos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Baki Beykan in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arcan Özsu saved Kandira from getting behind. Arcan Özsu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cumali Acar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. In the 28th minute, Rüstem Ecemiş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 33rd minute of the match Rüstem Ecemiş completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rüstem Ecemiş a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 33 played minutes Kandira got a freekick which was hit by Rüstem Ecemiş. Zilar Becerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kandira's Arcan Özsu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Kandira from getting a goal against them. Şimşek Tandoğdu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ertunç Cuma in the 45th minute of play. Arcan Özsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cumali Acar in the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Arcan Özsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cumali Acar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arcan Özsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zilar Becerra in the 55th minute of play. Arcan Özsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cumali Acar in the 56th minute of the match. Ertunç Cuma struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Şimşek Tandoğdu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kandira. After 64th play minutes Alfredinho dos Santos shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Arcan Özsu and just under the crossbar into goal. With an all-out effort, Kandira's Şimşek Tandoğdu threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ertunç Cuma, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Keçiborlu SK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ertunç Cuma 72 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. After having played for 75 minutes, Alfredinho dos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Keçiborlu SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredinho dos Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cumali Acar in the 76th minute of play forced Kandira's goalkeeper Arcan Özsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cumali Acar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Arcan Özsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Kandira defense, Cumali Acar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arcan Özsu. The Kandira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arcan Özsu should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute, Cumali Acar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Keçiborlu SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. After 90 played minutes Kandira got a freekick which was hit by Ertunç Cuma. 93 minutes into the match, Atabek Kamran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şimşek Tandoğdu. Keçiborlu SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Atabek Kamran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Keçiborlu SK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
