A collision led to Beşiktaş getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ilgaz Kayral hit a great ball. Aydemir Eralkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beşiktaş's goalkeeper Alemdar Kutlan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ali Baran Taciroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alemdar Kutlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aydemir Eralkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kuzey Selman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahim Taykurt in the 17th minute of play. Alemdar Kutlan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aydemir Eralkan's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Aydemir Eralkan might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alemdar Kutlan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aydemir Eralkan ran back to his position shaking his head. Arif Çelebi Tanbay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Alemdar Kutlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aydemir Eralkan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 45th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Alemdar Kutlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aydemir Eralkan in the 47th minute of play.

51 minutes into the match, FC Dodo's goalkeeper Kuzey Selman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdurrezzak Diriğ. Arif Çelebi Tanbay struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Alemdar Kutlan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Dodo. Alemdar Kutlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Çelebi Tanbay in the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Aydemir Eralkan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alemdar Kutlan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 66 played minutes Beşiktaş got a freekick which was hit by Güneri Uraz. After a rather tough play, Beşiktaş's Kılıç Ulvi got a free kick in the 71st minute. After 73 minutes of play, FC Dodo's Arif Çelebi Tanbay made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alemdar Kutlan was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Beşiktaş's zone, Aydemir Eralkan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alemdar Kutlan came out of the goal and Aydemir Eralkan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Aydemir Eralkan managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Dodo's supporters rose to their feet, but Aydemir Eralkan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alemdar Kutlan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arif Çelebi Tanbay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Alemdar Kutlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Beşiktaş defense, Ali Baran Taciroğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alemdar Kutlan. The Beşiktaş fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alemdar Kutlan should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Dodo had played much better football throughout.
