Çelikan Tur had several of the Yazihan's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Ersin Biçimli as he didn't even see the shot coming. If İsa Özarkın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. Necati Özdamar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şehzade Dindar went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute, Çelikan Tur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 29 minutes, Hurşit Uruk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yazihan and the Kandira players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Kandira's zone, Cafer Kayra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Necati Özdamar came out of the goal and Cafer Kayra tried to chip the ball over his head. Necati Özdamar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Şehzade Dindar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Necati Özdamar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafer Kayra in the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.
