Polat Günden stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erkan Öksak's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 39th match minute, Kesan JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Ensar Şeref to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Kesan JK's Arif Ensar Şeref got a free kick in the 41st minute. Onurhan Yağızkan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 45th minute. Kesan JK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erkan Öksak was the one to do the kick off. Balaban Diriğ hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Erkan Öksak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Polat Günden having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Erkan Öksak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Adiyaman's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erkan Öksak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kesan JK's Polat Günden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İsmail Orhun Tancan in the 64th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Adiyaman's zone, Arif Ensar Şeref stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enver Haznedaroğlu came out of the goal and Arif Ensar Şeref tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Erkan Öksak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hayati Uçma's late challenge caught a Adiyaman's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hayati Uçma helped the player get up and apologised.
