In the 37th minute, Yahya Kemal Sulhi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vural Öztekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ahmet Haşim Şavat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vural Öztekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Güroymak JK's Hürkan Sezgin managed to work through Karagümrük FK's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Hürkan Sezgin dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Ahmet Haşim Şavat made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Anıl Berk Semi sent off a good shot on target. Duran Özyurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hürkan Sezgin in the 87th minute of the match. Hürkan Sezgin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Oğuz Tanver charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
