The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Memduhspor's Güralp Asır dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Bahri Talha's late challenge caught a Yılmaz Konyaspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bahri Talha helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Bahri Talha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orhan Seyfi Sanat in the 20th minute of play forced Memduhspor's goalkeeper Kıraç Şahinalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes Memduhspor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kürşat Tekke who took care of the corner kick. Kürşat Tekke made a great header on Yılmaz Konyaspor's corner, it was just that Memduhspor's Kıraç Şahinalp managed to reach the ball for a save. 24 minutes into the game, Güralp Asır recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tacettin Zekai. Güralp Asır showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Güralp Asır could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Tacettin Zekai made a huge save. Hüseyin Turan Baliç's late challenge caught a Memduhspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hüseyin Turan Baliç helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Yılmaz Konyaspor's Hüseyin Turan Baliç got a free kick in the 33rd minute. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Güralp Asır put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tacettin Zekai. The audience thought a goal was coming when Güralp Asır got free with Tacettin Zekai in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Güralp Asır in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tacettin Zekai saved Yılmaz Konyaspor from getting behind. After having played for 54 minutes, Bahri Talha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Memduhspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bahri Talha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Güralp Asır in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tacettin Zekai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56th minute, Kutlu Safvetullah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Memduhspor's Kıraç Şahinalp got control of the ball when Hakkı Devrim Akyazı tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 68 minutes, Güralp Asır made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Yılmaz Konyaspor's Tacettin Zekai tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Güralp Asır sped through Yılmaz Konyaspor's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tacettin Zekai. After having played for 76 minutes, Pablo Neruda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tacettin Zekai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Güralp Asır left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Memduhspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. The audience was convinced that Güralp Asır's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tacettin Zekai was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Pablo Neruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Tacettin Zekai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Memduhspor players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
