Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cihangir S.K's Çeliker Rafiz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 0-1 became the score in the 3rd minute when Birdal İlkser elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some careless play in the Ihsaniye defense, Birdal İlkser kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armağan Karaman. The Ihsaniye fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armağan Karaman should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the game, Koray Reca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ihsaniye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cihangir S.K the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ihsaniye's Koray Reca got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute, İdris Elçibey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armağan Karaman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birdal İlkser in the 25th minute of play. Çeliker Rafiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Birdal İlkser ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armağan Karaman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 39 minutes into the match, Çağdaş Lema notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Cihangir S.K's Üzeyir Polatalp. Üzeyir Polatalp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Armağan Karaman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çeliker Rafiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Enver Sehhar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Üzeyir Polatalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Enver Sehhar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Çağdaş Lema made a kick off. If Enver Sehhar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Üzeyir Polatalp came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ihsaniye's Enver Sehhar. But to his dismay, Enver Sehhar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Armağan Karaman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birdal İlkser in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute of the match, Birdal İlkser got a very nice opportunity to score, but Armağan Karaman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 62 minutes, Faik Yalazay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ihsaniye and the Cihangir S.K players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 62 played minutes Ihsaniye got a freekick which was hit by Faik Yalazay. In the 67th minute Enver Sehhar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Üzeyir Polatalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Ihsaniye's goal looked a bit too open when Çeliker Rafiz came free, but Armağan Karaman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Battal Cüneyt As was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The supporters of Ihsaniye booed when Cihangir S.K was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Battal Cüneyt As didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Ihsaniye's Armağan Karaman got control of the ball when Birdal İlkser tried to sneak it across the goal line. Battal Cüneyt As recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Birdal İlkser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Armağan Karaman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Üzeyir Polatalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağdaş Lema in the 85th minute of play. İdris Elçibey kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ihsaniye's zone, Battal Cüneyt As stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armağan Karaman came out of the goal and Battal Cüneyt As tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Enver Sehhar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cihangir S.K walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
