Müfit Muhlis kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. When Tayyip Günden fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cide's protests and gave Tayyip Günden a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cide's Tayyip Günden got a free kick in the 6th minute. Benislav Haytov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özgür Kambay having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuz Selim Gence in the 12th minute of play forced Cide's goalkeeper Özgür Kambay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reşat Bir received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sabri Özertan came out and tried to block the shot, but Reşat Bir slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benislav Haytov in the 18th minute of play forced Cide's goalkeeper Özgür Kambay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yavuz Selim Gence struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Özgür Kambay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yesilhisar. The audience was convinced that Yavuz Selim Gence's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Özgür Kambay was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After 31 played minutes Yesilhisar got a freekick which was hit by Nihat Eskicioğlu. Özgür Kambay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilla Bumin Acaröz in the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to Cide getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Kadri Enginer hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Sabri Özertan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reşat Bir in the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuz Selim Gence in the 55th minute of play forced Cide's goalkeeper Özgür Kambay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilla Bumin Acaröz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cide's Özgür Kambay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Cide from getting a goal against them. Orhan Seyfi İhya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özgür Kambay having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Reşat Bir made a precise shot to the right of Sabri Özertan. Yesilhisar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Müfit Muhlis kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Cide's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benislav Haytov fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Cide getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Mümtazer Mazlum hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Cide's Tayyip Günden got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Cide support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
