An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Pardaves in the 11th minute of play forced Yigilca's goalkeeper Başaran Yeltekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Karagümrük JK's goal looked a bit too open when Necat Tancan came free, but Tolgahan Özçin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karagümrük JK's Merih Hürol got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Gillis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Başaran Yeltekin. Yigilca's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Merih Hürol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Karagümrük JK's Enrico Pardaves in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
