The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Tokatspor FK's Gani Sezgen got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 10 minutes of play, Beşiktaş 03's Nafiz Adar made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mansur Yarkın was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mansur Yarkın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Bülent Doğangün in the 13th minute of the match. After 13 minutes, Emrullah Baransel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tokatspor FK and the Beşiktaş 03 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, Emrullah Baransel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Atıf Uygun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batur Bozdoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Batur Bozdoğan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Atıf Uygun having to interfere. 21 minutes in the game, Gündüz Suheyl dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Tokatspor FK's Batur Bozdoğan got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Atıf Uygun made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Gündüz Suheyl sent off a good shot on target. Ali Atıf Uygun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batur Bozdoğan in the 40th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Batur Bozdoğan made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Ali Hamza Adaş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beşiktaş 03's Ali Atıf Uygun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ali Atıf Uygun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batur Bozdoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Batur Bozdoğan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th match minute, Beşiktaş 03 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barlas Uğurlu to maneuver through the defense. Beşiktaş 03's Ali Atıf Uygun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batur Bozdoğan in the 80th minute of play. If Batur Bozdoğan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beşiktaş 03's Ali Atıf Uygun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batur Bozdoğan in the 85th minute of play. Gündüz Suheyl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Atıf Uygun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gündüz Suheyl in the 91st minute of play. Gündüz Suheyl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nafiz Adar's late challenge caught a Tokatspor FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nafiz Adar helped the player get up and apologised. Tokatspor FK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
