Gazanfer Direm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Resul Servet in the 7th minute of the match. Rahmi Özer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Cemal Akgüngör tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute of the match, Rahmi Özer got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cemal Akgüngör was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Tugay Gümüş managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hilvan's supporters rose to their feet, but Tugay Gümüş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cemal Akgüngör breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Rahmi Özer sped through Dikmen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cemal Akgüngör. When Faruk Dalga came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Dikmen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faruk Dalga couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the match, Hilvan's goal looked a bit too open when Faruk Dalga came free, but Gazanfer Direm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anıl Ege Nesim hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. If Rahmi Özer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 minutes of play, Hilvan's Rahmi Özer made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cemal Akgüngör was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dikmen's Anıl Ege Nesim suffered a sore thigh after 42 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Rahmi Özer fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hilvan's protests and gave Rahmi Özer a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Hilvan got a freekick which was hit by Rahmi Özer. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Resul Servet was the one to do the kick off. Hilvan's Cenan Evliya got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69thth minute of the game Rahmi Özer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dikmen's Cemal Akgüngör was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tugay Gümüş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tugay Gümüş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rahmi Özer struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Cemal Akgüngör didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hilvan. When Rahmi Özer came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Hilvan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rahmi Özer couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Tugay Gümüş notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Dikmen's Cemal Akgüngör. Cemal Akgüngör was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mustafa Barış Değer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Hilvan were the better team. Hilvan's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
