After 17 minutes of play, Özvatan SK's Balaban Bağışhan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cenk Cinel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abdulmelik Ataoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Akcaabat SK's goal looked a bit too open when Abdulmelik Ataoğlu came free, but Cenk Cinel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Abdulmelik Ataoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cenk Cinel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Ahmet Vefik Buğdaycı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cenk Cinel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulmelik Ataoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ersan Muhteşem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Sercan Mertkal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Özvatan SK defense, Ersan Muhteşem kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sercan Mertkal. The Özvatan SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sercan Mertkal should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute, one of Özvatan SK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Özvatan SK. When Ersan Muhteşem came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Akcaabat SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ersan Muhteşem couldn't finish the play. If Ahmet Vefik Buğdaycı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cenk Cinel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdulmelik Ataoğlu in the 71st minute. Abdulmelik Ataoğlu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cenk Cinel firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 78th minute, Ersan Muhteşem made a precise shot to the right of Sercan Mertkal. Özvatan SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1.
