Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fresco Varela took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Yenihisar's Süleyman Tamay slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tuncay Yavuzhan. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fresco Varela in the 11th minute of play forced Yenihisar's goalkeeper Fazıl Hüsnü Kürşat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Yenihisar's Okanay Yücel got a free kick in the 21st minute. Berkay Talaykan charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berkay Talaykan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Berkay Talaykan kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Fresco Varela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute Okanay Yücel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tuncay Yavuzhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tuncay Yavuzhan made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Melik Yıldırım sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Kocaelispor FK getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Arif Ensar Atabek hit a great ball. After 30 played minutes, Yenihisar's Karahan Hafızoğlu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tuncay Yavuzhan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Yenihisar reached it. 32 minutes into the game, Kocaelispor FK's Fresco Varela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fazıl Hüsnü Kürşat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Tuncay Yavuzhan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Okanay Yücel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 36 minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 42 minutes into the game, when 唐坤扬 put in a rough tackle. In the 42nd minute, 唐坤扬 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Yenihisar's Okanay Yücel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tuncay Yavuzhan. Tuncay Yavuzhan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Süleyman Tamay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Selim Timurcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Fazıl Hüsnü Kürşat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Kocaelispor FK's goal looked a bit too open when Okanay Yücel came free, but Tuncay Yavuzhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Selim Timurcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selim Timurcan hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Baybora Karahan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fazıl Hüsnü Kürşat having to interfere. When Okanay Yücel was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 65 minutes had been played. Melik Yıldırım charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melik Yıldırım the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Melik Yıldırım hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the game, Baybora Karahan lined in a short shot 3-3 behind a frustrated Fazıl Hüsnü Kürşat. Yunus Kalender kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 84th minute Berkay Talaykan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tuncay Yavuzhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orhan Kaynak hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Melik Yıldırım received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Tuncay Yavuzhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Kocaelispor FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kocaelispor FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
