Basmakci JK's Taha Perkel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 10th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Zülfü Eyüp but with some difficulty. Zülfü Eyüp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nihat Serbülend, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Zülfü Eyüp made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Nihat Serbülend sent off a good shot on target. Nihat Serbülend blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zülfü Eyüp having to make a save. Süleyman Delfin might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zülfü Eyüp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Süleyman Delfin ran back to his position shaking his head. Olcay Orkun Altın charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olcay Orkun Altın the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Basmakci JK's Taha Perkel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Karacasu. Süleyman Delfin in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zülfü Eyüp, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karacasu's goalkeeper Zülfü Eyüp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Karacasu's zone, Süleyman Delfin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zülfü Eyüp came out of the goal and Süleyman Delfin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Süleyman Delfin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nihat Serbülend struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Zülfü Eyüp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Basmakci JK. Nihat Serbülend's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zülfü Eyüp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Zülfü Eyüp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nihat Serbülend in the 43rd minute of the match. Zülfü Eyüp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nihat Serbülend, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Basmakci JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Süleyman Delfin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Karacasu's goal looked a bit too open when Nihat Serbülend came free, but Zülfü Eyüp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zülfü Eyüp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Süleyman Delfin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hakan Akdağ fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karacasu's protests and gave Hakan Akdağ a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81stth minute of the game Nihat Serbülend who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karacasu's Zülfü Eyüp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nihat Serbülend fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zülfü Eyüp having to interfere. Zülfü Eyüp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Süleyman Delfin's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Zülfü Eyüp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fadıl Ekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Nihat Serbülend made a precise shot to the right of Zülfü Eyüp. Karacasu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0.
