Christos Kanatidis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as İskender Baki Tokkan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christos Kanatidis. That made the score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. When Anıl Ege Ertaş fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hatay's protests and gave Anıl Ege Ertaş a yellow card for diving instead. Anıl Ege Ertaş hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute of the game, Mustafa Birol İlsak landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Recep Kudret charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Recep Kudret the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fedai Tanyıldız was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 38 minutes in the game, Sarp Demiralp fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Christos Kanatidis having to interfere. 44 minutes in the game Recep Kudret did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to İskender Baki Tokkan.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. İskender Baki Tokkan was the one to do the kick off. GURURLAN.BJK's Christos Kanatidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Suat Bakanay in the 52nd minute of play. The Hatay players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
