Ertunç Denizalp charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ertunç Denizalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, Marmara FK's Reşit Kabil tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Haluk Tunç didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Batuğ Özgurel went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 41 minutes into the match, Göteborg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cenk Sönmezalp came free, but Haluk Tunç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ertunç Denizalp kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Genco Irmak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
