The audience thought a goal was coming when Afşar Hafi got free with İbrahim Ethem Şentürk in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 11 minutes, Tolga Muhittin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Akpinar JK and the SHENOL UNITED players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Akpinar JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolga Muhittin to maneuver through the defense. Bora Cihangir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İbrahim Ethem Şentürk having to interfere. Ahmet Korkut Çetinay struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. İbrahim Ethem Şentürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. The Akpinar JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İbrahim Ethem Şentürk should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute, Ahmet Korkut Çetinay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 31 minutes, Haluk Gümüşcü mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Akpinar JK and the SHENOL UNITED players grew even worse after the yellow card. Haluk Gümüşcü kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Ahmet Korkut Çetinay notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Akpinar JK's İbrahim Ethem Şentürk. İbrahim Ethem Şentürk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute, Eşref Oyhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İbrahim Ethem Şentürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bora Cihangir in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After having played for 51 minutes, Mehdi Cantürk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akpinar JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehdi Cantürk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 4-0 became the score in the 53rd minute when Afşar Hafi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 57th match minute, Akpinar JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haluk Gümüşcü to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Akpinar JK's goalkeeper İbrahim Ethem Şentürk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Afşar Hafi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Akpinar JK's goal looked a bit too open when Afşar Hafi came free, but İbrahim Ethem Şentürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eşref Oyhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Haluk Gümüşcü hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bora Cihangir in the 66th minute of play forced Akpinar JK's goalkeeper İbrahim Ethem Şentürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Afşar Hafi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 86 minutes into the game, SHENOL UNITED's Bora Cihangir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. İbrahim Ethem Şentürk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Ateş Kolçak hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Tolga Muhittin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the SHENOL UNITED players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
