But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hasan Tahsin Haliç couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Kürşat Erseven put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Arif Çelebi Devlettin. If Hasan Tahsin Haliç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded.
