Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cankut Asır made the kick off which started today's match. Abdulvahit Uygunel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Birkan Bozkurt made a huge save. If Hayrullah Tunçbilek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cankut Asır's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kadir Günsel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Kadir Günsel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atabek Zeren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Cankut Asır notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Yenihisar's Kadir Günsel. Kadir Günsel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hayrullah Tunçbilek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 played minutes Yenihisar got a freekick which was hit by Doğa Temizalp. Birkan Bozkurt made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Abdulvahit Uygunel sent off a good shot on target. Cankut Asır fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kadir Günsel having to interfere. In the 34th minute, İlmi Atabey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kadir Günsel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atabek Zeren, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Yenihisar's Hayrullah Tunçbilek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Birkan Bozkurt. That made the score 1-2 after 36 minutes of play. Atabek Zeren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kadir Günsel having to interfere. Selim Okergun was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 46 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Yenihisar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sorgun SK:s goal. Fedai Ahıska walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After the first half Sorgun SK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdulvahit Uygunel made a kick off. In the 56th minute Cankut Asır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kadir Günsel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cankut Asır had several of the Yenihisar's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 58 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Kadir Günsel as he didn't even see the shot coming. Cankut Asır's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kadir Günsel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Abdulvahit Uygunel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birkan Bozkurt having to interfere. Kadir Günsel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atabek Zeren in the 76th minute. The audience was convinced that Cankut Asır's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kadir Günsel was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 78th minute, Atabek Zeren fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sorgun SK! Birkan Bozkurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulvahit Uygunel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sorgun SK's Cankut Asır in the 100th minute got a chance for a shot 100th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yenihisar's goalie prevented a goal. Sorgun SK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
