Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cankut Asır started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Sorgun SK got a freekick which was hit by Çelik Ayalp. Adanaspor's Giorgio Odín got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Giorgio Odín received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Birkan Bozkurt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ahmet Davut Tuygun fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sorgun SK's protests and gave Ahmet Davut Tuygun a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sorgun SK getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ahmet Davut Tuygun hit a great ball. Cankut Asır struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Batuhan Tunçkol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorgun SK. If Atabek Zeren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birkan Bozkurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berkant Taluy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Sorgun SK booed when Adanaspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naci Özerkmen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Cankut Asır dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Batuhan Tunçkol, 1-0. Batuhan Tunçkol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cankut Asır, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Batuhan Tunçkol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cankut Asır in the 37th minute of play. Ahmet Davut Tuygun made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ersin Özmut immediately put the ball in play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Adanaspor booed when Sorgun SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ersin Özmut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Batuhan Tunçkol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atabek Zeren in the 67th minute of play. If Giorgio Odín had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69 played minutes Sorgun SK got a freekick which was hit by Çelik Ayalp. In the 71st match minute, Sorgun SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emran Ökmen to maneuver through the defense. Giorgio Odín who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Birkan Bozkurt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vahap Aynacı took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Batuhan Tunçkol. Adanaspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cankut Asır in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Batuhan Tunçkol saved Adanaspor from getting behind. When Naci Özerkmen fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Adanaspor's protests and gave Naci Özerkmen a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Adanaspor's Naci Özerkmen got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Sorgun SK's Atabek Zeren got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Giorgio Odín sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atabek Zeren in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batuhan Tunçkol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Atabek Zeren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Many of Adanaspor's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Adanaspor may have spent more time on the ball, but Sorgun SK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
