Anıl Arda Akkoç's late challenge caught a Galiptus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Furkan Vezir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Ege Kurceren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Furkan Vezir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rahmi Gelenbe, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Samatya's zone, Anıl Ege Kurceren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Furkan Vezir came out of the goal and Anıl Ege Kurceren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Anıl Ege Kurceren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galiptus's supporters rose to their feet, but Anıl Ege Kurceren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Furkan Vezir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samatya's Furkan Vezir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anıl Ege Kurceren in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Galiptus getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Birsel Menderes hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Samatya's Anıl Arda Akkoç in action when he in the 24th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The supporters of Samatya booed when Galiptus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çeliker Osman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Göktuğ Ertuna made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Yalçın İrfan sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hıdır Tümer in the 38th minute of play forced Galiptus's goalkeeper Ahmet Göktuğ Ertuna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Galiptus's Fahrettin Güler got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anıl Ege Kurceren was the one to do the kick off. Anıl Ege Kurceren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Samatya's Furkan Vezir got control of the ball when Anıl Ege Kurceren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Despite being the better team, Samatya failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
