Recep Tayyip Tacal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Aykan Olcay skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hüseyin Turan Osmanlıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adnan Paksu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 34th minute, Cerkes sk's Mustafa Birol Kutlutekin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Aras Çaykara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aykan Olcay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Recep Tayyip Tacal in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aykan Olcay saved Cankaya SK from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Naim Vecih left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cankaya SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

Cumhur Durak hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cankaya SK's zone, Recep Tayyip Tacal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aykan Olcay came out of the goal and Recep Tayyip Tacal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute Nurettin Okanay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aykan Olcay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Rüştü Akatay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aykan Olcay showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot by Rüştü Akatay from long distance, 66 minutes into the match, got Hüseyin Turan Osmanlıoğlu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, Cerkes sk's Hüseyin Turan Osmanlıoğlu got control of the ball when Adnan Paksu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aytunç Ergökmen struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Aykan Olcay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerkes sk.
