Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nurkan Berat started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Nurkan Berat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kasım Rafi was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. 8 minutes into the match, Kütahya's goal looked a bit too open when Nurkan Berat came free, but Kasım Rafi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kütahya's Kasım Rafi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nurkan Berat in the 13th minute of play. Nurkan Berat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Kütahya's Kasım Rafi got control of the ball when Mustafa Arif Çağlar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baykal Erbaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Oğuzcan Patlar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kasım Rafi was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Nurkan Berat capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nurkan Berat really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 2-0 became the score in the 38th minute when Mustafa Arif Çağlar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Baykal Erbaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Şamil Akpolat made a great header on Kütahya's corner, it was just that Taksim SK's Oğuzcan Patlar managed to reach the ball for a save. If Baykal Erbaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arın Ferhat Ekvan's late challenge caught a Taksim SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arın Ferhat Ekvan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kütahya getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Arın Ferhat Ekvan hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Ali Erdem Saatçioğlu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kütahya's Kasım Rafi didn't even have to move. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Taksim SK's goalkeeper Oğuzcan Patlar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mustafa Arif Çağlar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Kasım Rafi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oğuzcan Patlar didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Kütahya's Baykal Erbaş shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. A hard shot by Ali Berkant Uçbeyi from long distance, 86 minutes into the match, got Oğuzcan Patlar's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.
